Family Handover Pack is a client-side tool. The questionnaire runs entirely in your browser. Nothing you type into it — names, contact details, account information, or anything else — is transmitted to us, stored on our servers, or seen by anyone else. There is no database and no account system. When you close the browser tab, the information is gone unless you've saved the generated document yourself.
When you purchase a pack, payment is processed by our payment provider, Paddle.com, who act as the seller of record for this transaction. Paddle handles your payment details directly — we never see or store your card information. Paddle's own privacy policy governs the information collected during checkout; see paddle.com/legal/privacy.
We may use basic, privacy-respecting analytics to understand how many people visit this site and which pages they view, in order to improve it. This does not include anything you enter into the questionnaire itself.
